    OK; The US Government systems show a whole pile of "Elvis's" out there,
so as far as they are concerned he or at least "Elvis" is not dead.

    Aaron on the other hand is interesting:

    The Citizenship,Birth,Military records,VET Hospital records,IRS
Records,Drivers Licence,Social Security files, are still marked active!
Someone is playing games and eather renewing or adding to the files to have
the computers retain them in active status. As computers were not used for
such extensive record keeping when he was still performing, the whole set-up
must have been added in the last ten or fifteen years.

    So in that instance he is still alive.
