earlier this week.

      All of his US records show "active" DMV, Military, IRS, ETC..

    Somebody is having "fun" with their "Praetorian" { above reproach }
level of access.

    { Praetorian Level is the ability to change permanent US Federal
Government record systems that can not be changed by the backup record
system when it checks for data errors. and thereby become "TRUE VALUES" }
