[Epic] Eldar heat lance.

Well I tried to use the Heat lance rules I came up with for Epic 40k 60 cm
range death ray causes d3 damage if 25cm or under. I have absolutlety no
idea how it worked. He never fired. The Heat lance got severed in a failed
holo field save, the D-cannon got severded in another, holo field save. So
I don't know how it worked.
