I've been sitting back stewing over the ever so useful, yet
missing Bellybuster ball rounds for my Great gargants, and
have come up with a new Super Heavy Weapon Type, which will
cover not only the void-shield busting Ball round, but will
also be useful as the main Squat Cyclops gun when that comes
out.

Stepped Heavy Battery-front only-45cm range-(0)firepower:
Counts as 0 firepower in firefights. May not be rerolled
if on overwatch. Always roll one dice to hit the target.
Hits on a 3+ first time. If weapon hits, roll to hit against
1 higher (i.e. 4+ for second hit). War engines hit always
take 1 critical, no matter how many times it is hit by this
weapon.
*put this weapon under belly weapons on great gargants, and add
"pick 1" in that category heading.

I feel this weapon balances out the two weapon types (ball round
and cyclops) but keeps the flavor of them, while not making them
ultra powerful. The "trace a line" effect in 2nd edition was taken
out but the chance of multiple units being hit was also taken out.
Both of these would have been not "fast" enough for epic40k's
rule system.
These wepons "both" have been playtested here at home, with an
enthusiastic thumbs up by all involved.
