Actually, the SEALs are supposed to break things. They grew out of the UD
program. I believe the Delta Force is supposed to do anti-terrorist stuf,
which is not necessarily killing people. Besides, the Marines are
considerably large, andtherefore can't afford the level of training of elite
troops.
