     'Only' a 1/4 million deaths in a week in a fantasy novel? Go for a
     simulation of the Somme (WWI in case anyone doesn't know!). over
     1,000,000 'casualties' in under five months (a horrendous percentage
     of these were opening day) - folks in real life know how to slaughter
     ... unfortunately.
