[Epic] Base Effects

Sauron1 writes;What does every one do to their Epic infantry bases? I
paint mine with a combination of green latex model paint and white
glue,then dip them into a box of very fine green/brown foam flocking used
for railway terrain.Then the figures are dullcoatted a day later when
