A mix of 15cm range, 30cm range and 45cm range units. Not good.
Also, the move of the slowest unit is 10cm, the fastest 30cm,
also not good.

Motos? I assume Bikes. A good unit this one, well balanced.
I suggest a small re-arrangement:
Detachment Victor (Medium Range and Assault)

> 2 Tactical Squads (4 units) with 1 Rhino
> 1 Land Raider
- Minimum speed 20cm, Range 30-45cm
Detachment Hugo (Firebase at Long range)
> 3 Land Raiders
> 3 Devastators Squads (6 units)
-Minimum Speed 20cm, range 45cm
Detachment Robespierre (Assault)

-As before
This changes the Terminators to Devastators, and adds a Rhino, at the
cost of deleting 2 bikes.
