I actually liked the movie. The plot has more holes in it than a seive, and
it existed solely as a way of connecting a series of visual effects and sight
gags into a semi-cohesive story.
Still, if you take it for what it was intended: a humorous, special-effects
fest, it is enjoyable. I laughed alot, oohed-and-aahed all the stuff getting
blown up, and didn't fret if the plot didn't make any sense (and it doesn't
really). The hero's were heroic, the villains were villanous, and the gags
were corny. It's better than any of the batman movies, IMO.
I think if you like Jacky Chan movies, you'll like this one. The dialogue
and especially the romance are so weak that they are painful at times, but
the movie overall is dumb fun.
