Yup, that's about right. The claw has small cluster spines or acid sprays
(or whatever your want for 'flavor') that can fire. You'll note that the
Imperial and Eldar titan CC weapons also have FP; Impy powerfists (or
whatever) mounted heavy bolters and Eldar powerfists had shuriken catapults
in the knuckles.
