With an aspect stand +exarch(assault) and +jumppack(swooping hawks) costing
only 15 pts. AF 5 and Mvt 30/45(ignore terrain) how can you go wrong. The
only problem is the max number of these bad boys you can get is 10. They
dont take damage very well. Couple of good shots and the whole detachment
is a goner. Do not get into firefights with the eldar aspect warriors.
The guardians do all right and the jetbikes do pretty good. You only kill
one unit in a fire fight though. My harlequins roasted 8 various marine
units in one assault along with giving them 5 BMs.
I picked up 6 leman russes and 2 artillery for my imperial army and 6 wave
serpents for the eldar(gonna try puttin the harlequins in these next time)
with the prize money. Gonna try to use some different unit types next
time. maybe some wraithguard or support wpns.
The new rules for army morale are very good. There are now more than one
way to win. You got to watch your army, your morale, and the objectives.
Any one of the 3 can win/lose the game for you.
