The exact wording is:
"First the rules don't properly explain the effects of blast markers on
firing with super heavy weapons. It works like this. Eash super heavy
weapon has the equivalent of 1 firepower, and each blast marker will
reduce the firepower of the detachment by one. This means that a
detachment which only has super heavy weapons (Land Raiders for example)
will lose one super heavy weapon shot for each blast marker on the
detachment. If a detachment includes super heavy weapons and ordinary
firepowerthe owning player can decide to deduct the effect of any blast
markers from the firepower first.
Secondly, some of the example detachments in the armies book have got
the wrong points values for HQs - specifically the Eldar and Chaos
detachments which should be 90 and 57 respectively. Naturally this has
confused quite a few players but the answer is pleasantly
straightforward. In all cases, the points values shown the points values
shown on the detachment list s are correct and it's just the examples
that are wrong.
Thirdly, it isn't explained what happens if a unit is given both the
Heavy Weapons and Assault upgrades. Add the following to the end of the
Assault special ability: 'If combined with the Heavy Weapon special
ability, change the range to 45cm and add +1 firepower, but halve the
unit's assault value before adding +1.'
Fourthly, the Nurgle Daemon Engine is noted as costing 31 and 45 points,
the actual value is 31 points.
Fifthly, Rough Riders do have the Assault special ability, this has been
missed of the Imperal Guard summary table.
Lastly, the Tyranid army list refers to choices of broods being 'One
Termagent Brood' or 'One Lictor Brood' and so on. This doesn't mean that
the Tyranid detachments are limited to having one of each type of brood,
it's just a boo-boo."
