a attack bike is suppose to have a heavy bolter on it, same as heavy infantry,
so lets change the range. And leave the plain bikes as they are. Yes i think orcks would have kommie pilots look at the doom divers for fantasy. I dont see the prob with heavy weapon in ig, squats, and orcks, but do see it in sm armies.
Ig, and them get no save so heavy weapons make up for that, but, sm should have some limit on them. Also keep in mind that chaos is all heavy weapons,
so, maybe no change is needed just your plan might need changing to face that player.
