Yeh, I think I see your point. You just want Bolters to have a little
more reach. I think thats fine, except that at 15. cm the Bolter is a
purely defensive weapon, at 25 cm. it begins to have offensive ability.
I think that will change game ballance. Think of the Storm Hammer. At
15 cm. you can foolishly charge the thing with troops moving at 20 cm.
and take one volley. At 25 cm. range you'll take two volleys.
