This is correct. Infantry is assumed it is dispersedand thus doe not block line of sight,
vehicles are rathe large and bulky and do block it. SO if you place infantry in front of vehicles
all can fire if you protect infantry behind vehicles they dont have line of sight and cant fire
or be fired at.
