Plus
When there are other units in a building you can still fire at the
command stand if all of the other stands are targetted before. Ex:
There are 3 infantry stands and 1 command stand and you are firing
with a detechment of Dire Avengers(4 stands). You can target all the
stands in the building and one of them is command stand. But if there
are 4 infantry and 1 command stand you must choose the infantry
stands.I am assuming that you have LOS to all of the stands.
