DE and Tau drafts.

Hi!

I will soon post how these lists looked at their last discussion points. The
Tau seem to be cut and dry with few changes from the original.

The DE present a problem, because their are two version with no clear
victor.

Any suggestions on how to handle the DE draft?

Also are their any volunteers to put these draft into doc or PDF format?
