hehe, like I said before I accept all ideas and suggestions for use since
they will be optional. Net epic must grow like anything else.
In the close to five years Net Epic has been around we have learned that
groups of gamers make their own rules or what to use or not. At this stage
of evolution we as a group will provide raw materials (ideas and new units)
for people to use or discard. Our internal control for quality is the core
rule law (66% majority vote) and those who have been around a while know how
hard that is to achieve. Most optional rules get used and discarded quite
frankly, but you don't know what to discard until they are used.
