Tyranids - Devourers

I have a game comming up and have read through the rules to compose a decent swarm.

I wonder if there are yet another typo on the devourers? The Hive Mind roll is 3, but I cant really picture the devourers to be more intelligent/independent than any hormo- or termagant.

Should'nt it be 4?
