Your Ogre post seems to consider most things about ground based Ogres.
I have a noble publication from Steve Jackson Games called (rather subtly) "
The Ogre Book".

It was put published in 1982 by SJG compiled from articles in a magazine
called "The Space Gamer". It doesn't seem to have an ISBN to quote.

SJG are, I believe, re-releasing some of their older games; eg the Car Wars
series. You may be able to order this slender volume from them. The
catologue number on the back is 3201 (if I'm reading it right.

Some contents are as follows:

Notes on the Ogre - fictional background in development;
Tank: Present, future, Ogre - proposed evolution of the Ogre;
Continental Siege Aircraft - adding aircraft to Ogre (includes Ogre Acft)
BPC Subs - submarine warfare in Ogre (fighting an Ogre when it's underwater)
Ogre meets Starship Troopers - Adding Ogre's to Robert Heinleins vision of
future Warfare (based on the game of the Original book which means troopers
in Powered Armour carrying nuclear weapons and 10 men being able to do a
raid on a planet).
Encounters of an unlikely kind _ Combining 'Ogre' and 'Rivets' (Rivets being
very dumb robotic units where the objective was to deatroy your opponents
factory).
