Uhm, Josh?
I think the parts of the world with an Internet connection might be more
accurate. You gotta think Global.
Of course these rules out beings with a connection from off the planet like
us here at planet Townsville, Nth Qld (North Queensland) and Cairns FNQ (Far
North Queensland) and points further spiral armward.
