Just keep in mind that my comments are just that ... comments.
Sometimes not even all that well thought out comments :-).

Feel free to disagree (preferably with an attached reason :-).

I ran (a couple) more testbeds (but only one with the latest rules).

The summary of it:
o 1 Ogre MkIII against 2 companies of Leman Russ's.
o The Ogre breaks a company in Turn 1, return fire destroys 1/2 the
  secondaries and the main battery. (Broken company then flees).
o Turn II sees the Ogre lose it's remaining secondaries and most of
  its AP's.
o Turn 3-7 sees the Ogre charging to ram tanks, it's treads are
  damaged. After the treads are sufficiently damaged, the
  Ogre is assumed to be dead (since the Tanks will be able to
  retreat and fire faster than the Ogre can move).

Observations:
o I also kept track of how the battle would run with the Ogre only
  getting 1 dice per secondary. It'd didn't matter much.
o At 1200 pts the MkIII is not invincible.
o The Ogre didn't seem to lose treads fast enough. Perhaps add a
  damage table entry for tread damage were a 5-6 results in double
  tread damage (like the Superheavy critical hit table).

Tactics:
The Ogre will attempt to destroy divisions that haven't fired.
While the Leman Russes will try to strip the Ogre's weapons away.
Missiles will assume to cover 2 tanks each.
Another assumption is the tanks will always have advance orders
(in order to keep the Ogre within range, since the Ogre would normally
be trying to keep the range between 75-100).

Turn 1:
Tanks Advance (into 75cm range).
Ogre fires in FF phase.
Missiles (4 tanks covered) (2+ [4+] needed): (2,3,4,3)
4 [1] hits (6+ save), (4,4,3,6) 3 [1] killed.
Primaries:
(3,6,6,2) 3 hits, (6+ save) (5,1,1) 3 more killed.
Secondaries:
