Alas dear Eivind, we just decided that the old Astropath had the wrong kind
of powers! They are the human equivalent of an Eldar Farseer. That is what
I've tried to create. However, fluffwise you might be right!
On to the other questions:
Yupp, it functions just like a regular spotting! Except the artillery
doesen't scatter at all.
This power is potentialy powerfull, still it is very IG. It is the only
power left from the old Astropath.
As for the psychic savingthrow this is also a power that I've borrowed from
another unit, there the radius is 25 cm, we could go either way but I just
thought 15cm would be right.... 10 is also ok! (remember this is also a
difficult power to use effectively, because it has to be put into effect
before the opponents strikes with a psychic attack!!!!)

I assumed this was only usable on one detachment per turn?
