Agree! If Ken wants to take the role, I think thats the best choice.

Among the many things that bugged me about E40K was the complete lack of
difference in army organisation between the different armies. For
example; both the orks and the space marines have the same command
radius, making the marine company no different from the ork mob. The
orks should be a mob, but the wvery well trained space marines should
have a different structure because they are elite soldiers who can act
more on their own.

I'll second Ken's nomination for NetEpic letter coordinator. As he is
the best suited for the job, based on his "relationship" with Jervis.
To
add to the discussion a bit more, the one thing that I want to see
changed is the "morale system" in E40K. It doesn't work IMO. Find an
alternate method of handling morale and victory conditions. This
mechanic has the ability to produce some very lame duck results, that do
not reflect the *ahem* "realities" of the battle, nor do they always
reward the better tactician, or who achieves their objectives. It's the
biggest gripe I have about E40K.
