Hi!
As with most things a little planning goes a long way. Here are some tips
1. Have all players make their armies in advance
2. If possible have them sort out their figures for the army BEFORE the game. This reduces time for people looking through boxes and what not.
3. The organizers should have the terrain set up before players show up. This saves a LOT of time.
4. The Tournament Judge should make rounds during games to make sure games are played at a steady pace. Not to rush anyone, but don't let them talk too much outside of game concerns.
5. Players who finish their games should be take to another area to avoid them just lingering around another players game. People tend to play slower with to much of a crowd around.
Theres are but some things that can save you time over the course of the tournament.
Peter
