The links are broken for now, although they will repaired, but Tom, our webmaster needs to upload 70 MEgs of materail and it takes a while.
The whole zipped file of net epic 4.1 is just under 900KB, fairly small, so I can send it to you if you like.

2- the link should not be broken, there is a problem with my browser

I would appreciate but as I need the whole rules (army lists
included) I think it will be too big for our respective
connections... :(
There isn't any other way to download the rules from the web?
