Orks aren't gonna be fazed by heavy fire until there's very few of em left.
40k has the mob rules that give em a 2d6 vs. number of models in the unit
save before they take any morale checks. If there's over a dozen of em, they
never fall back. Therefore, the orks are fine as they are, pretty much
immune to being suppressed until they've already taken a severe beating or
get hit by a ridiculous amount of fire.
