More questions.... Dominatrix

The Tyranid codex says the Dominatrix is of Titan/Praetorian class,
but follows its rules (for example not having a damage location
template)... what for me is unclear is:

1 - The Dominatrix may make any number of turns during movement or is
limited like a Titan or Praetorian?

2 - Is armour save is an all-around save or is -1 from side -2 from
rear?

3 - Have a 360� arc fire or just 180� forward?
