Hi!
Page 28 Core rules gives cost for special titan types. Its 200 points weapons included since they have a "fixed" weapon pattern.
Most titans that came as two per card (as in all scout titans) can still be brought as such just multiple it cost by two in case of revenants.
In Version 5.0 these omissions will be corrected.
