I'd suppose so, although IG bike commander IIRC doesn't have any better
CAF. Would fit the marines, though.

No, but here's what I made up on the fly. This is a quick conversion from
DE Codex. Would raise the cost of Ravenwing by some 100-125pts.
Master of Ravenwing
Master of Ravenwing is the commander of the Dark Angels 2nd company. His
custom Landspeeder is protected by an energy field and equipped with state
of the art intelligence devices and extensive data processors. You may
change the orders of one Ravenwing detachment when it is activated if it is
within 15cm of the Master of Ravenwing.
Move: 30cm
Save: 5+ unmodifiable (energy field)
CAF: +5
Weapons
Twin Heavy Bolter:
Range: 25cm
Attack dice: 2
To-hit: 5+
TSM: 0
Twin Assault Cannon:
Range: 35cm
Attack dice: 2
To-hit: 4+
Tsm: 0
Notes: HQ unit, special rules.
-> Very nice, makes the Ravenwing expensive though, how about he is a
special card which can be attached to the Ravenwing, this would make it
optional to take it. And then have a standard HQ unit which is a bike squad
with extra CAF.
