That sounds fair enough to me, as the land speeders will get shot at,
especially when they do pop up attacks.

Even bikes get shot at, especially if they happen to charge units on FF.
However, if 25 per detachment is too much how about +25 for the whole
ravenwing? They will not be fielded separately anyway...
