I presumed the jinking will be included anyway, no matter which master is chosen.

Actually I thought it an integral part of the new improves Ravenwing. Cost would go up 50pts for the master +25 for the jinking ability for a total of 75pts, meaning that "my" Ravenwing would cost 475pts.
