This may require, if running a campaign or even a one off, that the players
specify either a pre-heresy game or a heresy game or post heresy game. This
is where historical wargaming is much easier, just specify a year and
nothing after that year can be used.
If this is going to become a regular part of Netepic, or any game in this
universe, a list for each of the above periods (structure wise) will have to
be created for each list. Orks, Squats, and such will not have to worry due
to always knowing there tech before the heresy occurred in Human history.
