Hi,

Titans aren't built for hit and run tactics. Besides, it's
hard to hide a titan, except behind a building. The very nature
of the holofield (giving better saves when you move) implies
that Eldar titans should be on the move. They're fast, agile,
and pack a real punch. I guess the main reason not to have
pop-up titans is because it sounds cheezy ;)
