Tau playtesting - Part 2

Starting with the Imperial dropship as a model, keeping the point
value, which I based on the following differences in the units
  IG: 2 company transport TAU: 1 company
  IG: 2 shields TAU: 2 shields
  IG: 50cm Missiles TAU: 75cm missiles (it is a missile
                                 cruiser, after all)
  IG: 100cm move TAU: Should we go with a combo 20/100,
                                 and some new altitude changing
                                 rules, since it's a skimmer/flyer?

The only questions I have is whether the missile launchers should be
single use or not (based on the name of the unit, it might make more
sense to have the manticore mechanic than the deathstrike).

I have uploaded the specs to the Files area as file:
  Mantis Missile Cruiser Damage Template.doc

I have kept the number of hit locations compatible with the (similar
sized) IG dropship. Same as the save values and damage effects. The
only differences were related to the crash and erratic landing, which
seems weird if the Mantis is a skimmer, rather than a flyer.

Anyhow, I'd like to solicit input before I put this into play.
Perhaps the missiles should be 50cm, but I think it should have
Missiles :-) Any comments are welcome, even if it's to tell me I'm a
rookie fool!
