No, psichic save are different things, try to save from Khorne just
because it's from the warp :o))))

No, the MUST charge a target, maybe you can say that the lance it's
charged due to the charge order, but I think that to charge it you must
move the Knight, so if you engage the knigth befor it move no lance it's
available, but if the knigt move and thgen you engage it well in this
case you should be allowed to use the lance.

For sake of simplicity let's say you cannot, but it's questionable.
