I think that their cost should raise to 200 for one and 550-600 for a company of three. Look at their stats, seem more of a SH than a normal vehicle. It's true, it has less armour and CAF(but it isn't of much use for a flyer), which BTW is balanced with outrageous speed, thruster classification and Transport capability.

You have to remember that an SHV is also much more survivable than a standard unit.  Shoot the Tiger Shark and make it fail the save, its DEAD.  Shoot an SHV and it fails the save, it still gets to roll on the SHV damage table, and so may still survive.  Plus, the Tiger Shark is subject to AA fire, an SHV isn't under the current rules.  350 for a support card of 2 isn't too outrageous IMHO.  Remember that they both have wildly different battlefield roles.

Face this vehicle against a BaneBlade, their odds are almost equal (flyer weapons against ground vehicles count as side shot, thus -1 STM).

True, but simply comparing it to a vehicle with equivalent weapons isn't the best comparison.  Based on the Imperial Marauder and Eldar Vampire, the Tiger Shark really isn't all that much better (in fact, its a little worse as it lacks barrages).
