Well, this is one I usually field. The differences are:

1. Changes in the turn sequence, not only does it have an extra phase but
you no longer move your whole army but alternating like firing.

2. Flyer phase, all flyer related movement and combat is done in this phase
(although thisphase should be after movement not before)

3.Titan purchase system by weapon

4. Praetorian rules and templates

5. Categorizing psychic power by their nature and effect to avoid confusion

6. Tunnelers work differently (they may diembark on the turn they surface).

All other changes are mainly unit stats or rules clarifiactions.

Actually with the current revision there may be more significant changes in
actual game structure than the current net epic did.
