There is a points creation system for VOID, which is great.

Several spreadsheets (Bell rings, must email Jyrki the Eldar Codex points)
have been created for this purpose.

Hi!

As with most things the "truth" lies somewhere in between. I guess the
"best" system is a combination of all of them. Currently though the game
I like the most is VOID, but it still needs a point's creation system.

Of course if you want a realistic game it's SGII hands down.

There's VOID, Warzone and VOR. Personally I prefer warzone upgraded with
my modified vehicle rules. It's strange that out of 40k, VOID, VOR and
Warzone 40k actually has the best vehicle armor penetration rules. VOR
OTOH is the only ruleset which has complete troop design rules. The
Warzone point value system is so obscure I haven't been able to figure
it out. :(
