I think we should let the Orks have just ONE, this one sounds good
unless someone can think of a better one.

My thoughts were that since they are basically commando forces, used to

bombz
and similar, enabling them to assault titans as an elite unit.
Besides, I think the orks should have the option of having an elite unit
in
their ranks and kommandos are rare enough to warrant it
