I really think we should concentrate on developing a point value system
which reflects the capabilities of different units so well there's no need
to give any armies discount. If, after the point values have been
rationalized, there is some army which still doesn't get a balanced force
then the said army must be revised thoroughly.

And this should not be done just to Wind Riders but to ALL units which seem
over/underpriced in ALL of the armies.

Exactly. with the addition of a template their survivability increased
manyfold. A price increase is in order.
