Pretty much pinch the lot.

Floaters are fine. They can hang around on the table.

Fliers (thrusters) start off table. When they launch a mission, during the
movement phase move them in a straight line to the point they are to
fire/drop troops from.

If on a ground attack mission, fire any available weapons during advance
firing. Infantry under attack get to fire at the flier, as do AA, nothing
else. There should be some rule on which AA can target the flier. Something
like if the AA unit can draw LOS to any part of the flier flight path (that
it's in range of) to a height of 15cm over the field, the AA unit can shoot.

Disembark troops during the movement phase (advance or charge depending on
troop orders), but remove troops if the transport is downed by AA during the
firstfire phase (the thing never got to land...). Grounded transports can be
fired at by anything.

Remove fliers from the field at the beginning of each movement. They can't
come back that turn.

Basically means that your fliers get to hit and run once every other turn.
This should make for a reduction in points of course. Represents the massive
speed of yer bomber and fighters

Dogfights. These are awkward. What else do you bring fighters along for if
not to make a mess of the oppositions airforce. I'm thinking that aircraft
can fire at each other when on attack runs. Or should they be allowed to
assault the other aircraft, given the bombers will be carrying more guns...
