I dont really see the problem either. The old formula gives a cost of 850, but I still havent lost bigtime to Eldar-forces using the WH, so I think 650 should stay for now. Formulas should be a guidline to costs, and playtesting should finetune the costs.

Something in the formula must obviously be wrong. We already know that it does not cover all the aspects of every unit, so why use it at all? We already have a formula that we also know isnt perfect so why introduce another? My gaming group wont use these prices.
