The reason the formula Net Epic uses is flawed is that
it is skewed in regards to weapons with -TSM modifier.
It can't take in consideration for the range
enough--what good is a powerful weapon if you have to
charge up to the enemy's face to use it. You would
have to use some kind of multiple linear equation. So
any mathmeticians in the group?
