Hi!
Some of this needs to be redone when the orks are reviewed. I've faced
this question before. The moves are selected by the player, there are no
rolls involved.
Move towards enemy should be seen as "moves towards enemy" as in the
general direction the enemy is, not a specific unit.

Subject: [NetEpic ML] Gargants charge
In the Gargant data sheets are noted various numbers under the
Movement characteristic...
SLASHA - 13-18cm on charge (12+1d6? any number from 13 to 18?), up to
12cm on advance .
GREAT - 11-15cm on charge (10+1d5? any number from 10 to 15?), up to
10cm on advance .
MEKBOY - 20-30cm on charge (19+1d11? any number from 20 to 30?), up
to 20cm on advance.
How does it function precisely?
More: "If given Charge orders, the Gargant must move towards the
nearest enemy"... even if the enemy is a puny Infantry stand?
