What about the detachments with only five stands? Do they count as having
taken a casualty for break point purposes or are there break points lowered
by one?

Personally I would like to see them count as suffering a loss.

Kinda - the break points of the Death Company is equal to the number of
stands in it, as it used to be.

To detail:

Blood Angels: If a player chooses this Chapter he *must* purchase a Death
Company.

Special Card: Death Company
Cost: 75
Morale: Fearless (no morale value & immune to morale checks and powers)
Break Point: all stands must be killed before VP's are awarded

Troops: The DC comes with one Chaplain (with the listed DC limitations).
From the rest of your army, remove one stand from every single infantry
detachment. These are the troops in the Death Company, and their stats
change to Death Company stats no matter what they used to be.

The listed DC limitations on orders & the Chaplain still apply.

That better?
