Good question. I'm with you - I think they'd count as having suffered a
casualty. The Death Company is both fearless and unbreakable, and making
the rest of the army (well, the infantry at least) very slightly easier to
break seems right. When you've got a Break Point of 15, three extra doesn't
seem that bad. And given that the Death Company is gonna be right there in
front to absorb a lot of the casualties... I like it.
