Yepp, but then again I really don't think that putting tacticals into
transports is a good tactic. Ande even though the Eldar have small
detachments, they generally don't tent do have a superior number of
detachments in a game.
For instance One tactical IG company, has 3 detachments of troops one
command detachment and a Free commisar, that is 5 "detachments". An Eldar
Defender host has 3 detachments of troops in falcons, that is 3 detachments.
A Space marine company has 4 detachments.... And on average Eldar support
cards aren't that much cheaper.... So generally speaking If I want
Flexibility and a lot of units IG will always be my first choice!

allright...dont get into why army lists are not balanced. I've barely
crawled out of the trenches from the last discussion :)
And..small detachments can be an advantage too. Higher flexibility and
honestly...did you ever try to mobilize 10 IG stands ?
You need 5 chimeras for that. 2 support cards
