If the challenge is replied to because of "face" and honor and things
like that, neither Orks nor Chaos should be required to respond.
Maybe a Khorne champion, but a Greater Daemon will look at the
challenge and think *Who does this bozo think he is to think I'll
lower myself to fight him?* "Minions! Gun him down!"
