[v5.0] White Scars - new units

Some new units...

1) Replace the SM Attack Bike with this, WS often mount their heavy
weapons on attack bikes, to support their bike squadrons in combat.
WS cannot use SM Attack bikes, they must use this one instead (Break
point 3, Morale 2, 200 points cost, 2VP).

White Scars Attack Bike
White Scars Attack Bikes are fitted with Multi-Melta and are used to
destroy the heavily armored targets that the weapons fitted to the
bikes and Land Speeders can't damage. They are usually deployed near
to bikes, but are sometimes fielded in separate squadrons if the
enemy is expected to field a large number of vehicles.
Models: GW's metal Attack Bike models (bikes with armed sidecars).

2) IMHO, WS cannot use non-bike-mounted characters, they instead must
use these (same cost and morale):

White Scars HQ units
White Scars Chapter Master, Captains, Librarians, Chaplains,
Apothecaries and Tech-Marines are all bike-mounted, and retain their
abilities as well.
Models: Biker models from the GW Space Marine sprue, 2-3 to a stand.
